Commercial & Residential Waterproofing in Greater Philadelphia & Hartford County
What Makes INFILL-CRETE Different
Most waterproofing products coat the surface of concrete — and eventually peel, crack, or lose adhesion. INFILL-CRETE works differently: it penetrates deep into the concrete and chemically reacts with moisture to form a vapor barrier from inside the material itself. That means it can never delaminate, because it’s bonded to the concrete at a molecular level.
INFILL-CRETE vs. Standard Waterproofing
| Feature | INFILL-CRETE™ | Standard Surface Coatings |
|---|---|---|
| Bonding method | ✓ Chemical bond inside concrete | ✗ Mechanical bond to surface only |
| Can delaminate? | ✓ Cannot delaminate | ✗ Yes — peels over time |
| Vapor barrier | ✓ Full vapor barrier included | ✗ Liquid only — vapor still passes |
| VOCs / solvents | ✓ Zero VOCs, no solvents | ✗ Most contain solvents or water |
| Efflorescence | ✓ Prevents future efflorescence | ✗ Buildup causes eventual failure |
| Occupied buildings | ✓ Safe — no evacuation needed | ✗ Often requires occupant removal |
